Well, RNC was founded in 1968. And the focus from its inception was really to provide institutional-caliber investment strategies to individuals. And we always felt that there's no reason why individual investors really can't have the highest quality of what's available to the largest institutional investors.

The key to our overall philosophy is in-depth research. And it's where we feel we provide tremendous benefit with the resources that we have, that the average individual can benefit from working with us.

And that is very much in line with our culture that we have had for half a century, here at RNC Genter.

The main thing that we're doing with Primerica, is be able to provide for people's effective retirement. Because Primerica's clients are Main Street people that have worked their entire lives to be able to retire. And as part of that, they need good income solutions. And so we're working to make sure, as they prepare for retirement, they and their families are going to have the income that they need. Because we both believe very sincerely that people, not only have a right to retire, but to retire well.
