From January 1 through December 31, 2023, Primerica paid our life-licensed sales force members an average of $7,118, reflected in local currency, unadjusted for exchange rates. Representatives typically pay an initial fee of $99 USD to provide for training and licensing and also may incur ongoing personal expenses to conduct business. Our representatives earn varying levels of income and the cash flow shown reflects an extraordinary level of success that is not typical of the sales force.

$49 IBA Fee ($51.45 incl. taxes in Canada): From time to time, programs will be run offering reduced IBA fees for new recruits. New recruits are those who have not been with Primerica in the last 9 months.

Waived IBA Fee for Life-licensed Agents: To qualify for this program, currently life-licensed agents must be new recruits. New recruits are those who have not been with Primerica for at least nine months. The IBA fee waiver also applies to recruits if their life license can be reinstated without rewriting the exam and aII required documents are provided to Primerica to reinstate their license. Currently life-licensed recruits may continue to receive renewal commissions but cannot market/solicit/service clients of non-Primerica products.
